Hi, I’m Yara! A London-based and online nutrition coach. ​Combining my knowledge from my Bachelors in Biology ​and my Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition – I aim to ​provide simple, evidence-based nutrition guidance to help ​you reach your goals. Whether you have serious competitive ​aspirations or want to improve your performance on a ​recreational level, I’m here to help!

More About Me

My interest in nutrition arose authentically once I began competing ​in lacrosse as a high school athlete. The physical demands of training ​twice a day were surprising, and I ultimately had no idea what to eat ​what I thought was “healthy,” alongside eating to perform well. I ​began training CrossFit recreationally at age 19 and again found ​myself unsure of how to navigate my diet. But it was in this ​environment that I was introduced to the concept of fueling for ​performance and not continuously aiming to shrink myself. It took ​plenty of trial and error, but I eventually broke the barrier of trying to ​shrink myself and began eating to fuel myself for performance, and ​most importantly to feel good while doing my training.

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and ​continued to pursue my Master of Science in Sport and Exercise ​Nutrition. I am now an accredited Sport and Exercise Nutritionist ​(SENr) and qualified Level 1 Anthropometrist (ISAK).

My goal is to help others find a balanced, sustainable, unrestrictive way of eating that supports their individual goals, and ​ultimately to give them the tools to continue their journey independently.
